Policy & Procedure

The staff at Rek Suits would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all of our customers. Being a custom uniform company has presented many challenges to us over the years. We are proud to announce that will be offering over 3000 Ready to Ship Rek Suits and Poly Cotton Rek Uniforms in order to try and service all of our customers in a more timely and efficient manner. We have listed below our basic policies in order to try and serve all of our customers more efficiently. We greatly appreciate all of your patience and support and are striving to make things faster and smoother but still giving you many uniform options

1. All uniforms are made custom unless labeled on the site as Ready to Ship
2. All Ready to ship suits may be exchanged within 5 days of receipt of purchase
3. Customer needs to have a return authorization number for all returns Shipping & Handling is non-refundable
4. Ready to ship suits returned within the required time frame will either be exchanged for another Ready to ship suit or a store credit will be issued
5. All Custom suits are FINAL SALES no exchanges can be made on these suits since they are specifically made for each customer
6. All Custom suits will be shipped within 4-6 week time frame.
7. Custom lettering on the suits will add an additional 2 weeks to production time
8. Custom suit orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering
9. Production time starts from the time of payment. Ex. If your credit card isn't approved and it takes an extra couple of days for you to make payment the production time starts from that point. If you are mailing a check production time starts from when the check clears. If you send payment and it is not the complete amount production time starts from the time the complete amount is received unless special arrangements are made prior
10. Any return made without proper authorization will be returned to the customer at their own expense
11. All non basic material colors will vary from shade to shade depending when your suits are ordered. Ex. If you order 10 suits made with a hunter green today 6 months later we will still carry hunter green but the shade may be different because of different dye lots
12. If you are re-ordering specific custom suits that are not listed on our site it is the customers responsibility to give all details pertaining to the suit. Ex. If you require a different color collar than what is presented on our website you will need to let us know. If you need your stripes in a certain order you will need to let us etc. We cannot possibly remember each and every order therefore it will your responsibility to send a picture or be VERY specific. We will not accept any returns on custom suits.
13. We cannot accept any orders not ordered by size. Ex. Please do not send us weights and heights. Each order has to be ordered by size. You can order by either number size or in SML. If you require further assistance feel free to call and have a sales representative assist you
14. ALL SALES ARE FINAL within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. This also effects any suit that was sent in error by Rekonize Sports. No exceptions can be made.
